What this covers
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, tracking pixels, embedded third-party content and device fingerprinting. Swedish rules under the Electronic Communications Act, and the GDPR, treat all of these the same way: anything that is not strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for requires your prior consent. This policy covers all such technologies, not only browser cookies.

- Analytics — off unless you switch it on. Analytics is never treated as necessary.

What is actually used today
This website currently sets no cookies at all. It uses exactly one item of browser storage, and it exists only to remember your own consent choice:

- Stores your consent choice, the date and time of the choice and the consent version, so we do not ask again on every page and so we can show that your choice was respected.

- Until you withdraw consent, clear it in Cookie Settings, or clear your browser storage.

What we do not use
No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or any other analytics or advertising technology is loaded on this site. There are no chat widgets, no newsletter or CRM scripts, no reCAPTCHA and no embedded players. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font provider receives your IP address.
Third-party content
Some pages display release artwork hosted on Spotify's image servers. Loading an image means your browser contacts that server, which can see your IP address and browser information. These images are static artwork and set no cookies on this site. Links to Spotify, Instagram and YouTube open those services in a new tab, where their own policies apply. If we ever add an embedded player or other third-party media, it will be blocked behind a placeholder until you consent.
Hosting
Our hosting and content delivery provider processes technical request data (IP address, browser, requested page) to deliver the site and protect it from attack and abuse. That is strictly necessary operation of the service, not tracking, and we do not use it to profile visitors.
Change or withdraw your consent
Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. Open the settings below, or use the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page, at any time. When you withdraw, we stop any future non-essential technology, remove the first-party storage we control where technically possible, and nothing optional starts on later visits.
Updates
If the technologies on this site change, we update this policy and raise the consent version, which means you will be asked again. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled, or write to privacy@zimemusicgroup.com.
